Since 2010, I've been diving deep into the financial services world, helping successful folks like you navigate the ins and outs of wealth planning and real estate investment. But what really gets me going? Working with fellow business owners. Their stories inspire me every day, and I've made it my mission to create a company that's all about helping entrepreneurs thrive.

My approach? It's pretty simple, really. I believe in honest, no-nonsense conversations and building relationships based on trust and transparency. Family and community mean everything to me, so you'll often find me out on the boat or hitting the links with my loved ones. And when I'm not doing that, you can bet I'm involved in my church community, passing down good values to the next generation.

Vijai Krishnaswamy

Advisor

Vijai Krishnaswamy is a highly experienced financial advisor specializing in tax efficiency strategies for medical professionals and private corporations. His approach is focused on designing and implementing customized financial solutions that maximize tax efficiency, ensuring an optimal flow of income for his clients.

Vijai holds a Bachelor of Arts in History and Philosophy from McGill University and a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Financial Reporting, giving him a distinctive perspective on financial advisory. His career began on Wall Street, where he worked as a broker with Tradeweb and JJ Kenny Drake from 2010 to 2012. Since 2013, he has been a Financial Advisor with London Life/Canada Life, applying his extensive knowledge to help clients navigate the complexities of wealth management with precision and care.

Greg Keith

After excelling as an award-winning Advisor and Manager in the financial services industry for almost two decades, Greg founded Keith Wealth Management Inc. in 2018.

Greg is a licensed investment dealer through the Investment Funds Institute of Canada. Along with his vast and impressive experience, Greg also has his Life, Accident & Sickness insurance (LLQP) license. Greg’s accomplishments throughout his tenure in the financial services industry include the completion of the Branch Managers (IFSE) course, the Certified Financial Planners (CFP) designation, Benefits and Private Health Care Advisor (BPHA) designation, and the Responsible Investment Specialist (RIS) designation.

Among his many achievements, Greg is also an MDRT Court of the Table Qualifier.

When he isn’t excelling in the financial services industry, Greg can be found spending quality time with his wife and two kids or indulging in their love for the outdoors through golf, camping, and travelling to faraway places.

Angela Dibblee

As a Licensed Investment Dealer through the Investment Funds Institute of Canada, Angela’s place in the field has been solidified by her many accomplishments.

Before her current position as Financial Advisor, Angela spent several years working in the marketing, business, development, and corporate ownership sectors. She also spent some time with a national financial services firm.

Angela has made career learning her priority. Following graduation from the Business Administration-Marketing program at New Brunswick Community College Saint John, she has gained more training designations such as the Responsible Investment Specialist (RIS), as well as the Life, Accident, and Sickness Insurance Dealer license (LLQP).

The career drive Angela possesses is unwavering, and she continues to set new goals for herself. One such target is achieving the Professional Financial Advisor designation.

When Angela isn’t progressing in the financial sector, she can be found spending time with her family, volunteering, or enjoying all the world has to offer through travel.

Jason Lyons

Advisor

With ten years of experience as a funeral director early in his career, Jason was inspired to transition into financial planning after witnessing firsthand the emotional and financial hardships families often faced after the loss of a loved one—especially when no planning had been done. His expertise over the past twenty-five years has since evolved to include corporate succession and tax planning, always tailored to the personal goals and unique needs of his clients. Jason takes great pride in building long-term relationships that continue well into the future.

At the age of fifteen, Jason was awarded the Medal of Bravery alongside his grandfather for rescuing five men whose boat had overturned on a lake during hunting season. This pivotal experience, along with his time in funeral services, deeply shaped his understanding of the importance of life, legacy, and preparation for the future.

Theresa has joined us in the role of Operations Manager and will be based in our Saint John office. With over 5 years of industry experience, Theresa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. She has successfully completed the investment management program at NBCC and holds licenses in life insurance and mutual funds. Theresa's commitment to professional development is evident through her recent completion of the Canadian Compliance Course through IFSE.

Marketing and Executive Assistant

Agam has joined us in the role Marketing and Executive Assistant and will be based in our Saint John office. A recent graduate, Agam brings with her a solid academic foundation and practical, hands-on experience in areas such as digital marketing, social media strategy, content creation, and administrative coordination. Her background includes organizing campaigns, managing marketing tools and platforms, and providing day-to-day support to leadership—all of which have prepared her well for the dynamic nature of this position. Her enthusiasm and fresh perspective will be a great addition as we continue to grow and strengthen our team.

Administrative Assistant

Jordan has joined us in the role of Executive Assistant and will be based remotely in Fredericton. Jordan is a fourth-year Economics student with a strong academic foundation and a demonstrated passion for leadership and innovation. He has experience managing teams and has successfully launched his own businesses in the past, showcasing his ability to lead, organize, and execute in dynamic environments.

With a go-getter attitude and a sharp attention to detail, Jordan brings energy, focus, and a proactive approach to his work. He is enthusiastic to be joining the team and looks forward to contributing to the firm’s continued growth and success.
